Emotional intelligence is an important key in developing healthy relationships at the workplace and in other aspects of life.
Outstanding work! This content is setting a new standard. I recently read a similar book, and it was groundbreaking. "The Art of Meaningful Relationships in the 21st Century" by Leo Flint

"Someone prefers to focus on positive thinking to counteract the negative, but algebra teaches us that by multiplying two numbers of opposite sign we always get a negative product, whereas emotions are like a mirror so that if the thought is positive, they reflect positivity. if it is negative (less for less it is more) they can transform the attitude of the person in a positive way" (Antonio Cisternino in the interview on Radio Cusano Campus).

We're not hesitant. We know the TRUTH. This is a depopulation operation. It's obvious.
I’m not hesitant, I’m 100% sure I will never inject this unapproved, experimental poison into my body. I’m not a brainwashed sheep and I think for myself, so I don’t do things just because other people are doing it. If you want to be a lab rat for the government, that’s you’re problem. Leave me TF alone.
This video is very good. Tq

EQ & IQ must balance to be a good leader.
I like to think that each quotient needs to surpass the requirement to be a good leader and that's the end of it. Generally the more the merrier
This video is very good. I truly think that EQ can assist with everything. #increaseemotionalintelligence2020
Hi Susan, glad you enjoyed the video! Yes, we believe EQ influences all aspects and recognising and working on our own EQ, can be incredibly rewarding.
Leaders live it naturally.
what kind of leadership style that a leader should apply in a norming stage wherein employees tend to resist to change their working patern, value to adapt to group’s?
Hi Bennet, great question! Be sure to ask for each individuals input and feedback. If the team member feels as though they have contributed to the change, they are more likely to buy in to the change. If the individuals' personal values align to the teams' values, they are far more likely to be engaged. A democratic leadership style, where you empower the individual team members, may help you embed the change.
Guys. increase your IQ score over 17 points does not need to be hard (I used to feel it did). I will give you some tips right now. Get a iq boost secrets called Rotogenflux Methods (search on google). Thanks to it I've my IQ score increased over 15 points. I shouldn't even be talking about it cause I don't want a bunch of other guys out there running exactly the same game but whatever. I am just in a excellent mood today so I will share the wealth haha.

Nice video 👌👌👌
Thank you so much 😀, glad you like it!
This is deep stuff, thank you. I needed this as I was trying to see how to promote team spirit in my business. Mine is Leadership in a voluntary army, it's not the typical traditional business so it's not as easy as where you hire and fire someone. These tips are eye opening.
Hi Dr. Wezi, glad you enjoyed it and found it useful!
Look up Lencioni: 5 dysfunction of a team. Much more useful as it tells you also how and not just what.
